How do I join?

Download the PTminder app, visit hiitsociety.ptminder.com or simply view our pricing options under the main menu to view all of our membership & casual pass options.

From there, you can register your details and purchase directly online.

Alternatively, flick us an email at info@hiitsociety.com.au and we'll be happy to help you out.

I haven't exercised in a long time, are your classes suitable for beginners ?

Absolutely! Each class is designed for you to go at your own pace and our trainers will always show different exercise variations for you to choose from.

What do I need to bring for my workout?

We recommend to wear comfortable clothing and appropriate shoes to exercise in.
All participants are required to bring a personal sweat towel and a water bottle to each session. We also have a cold drink fountain for you to refill your water bottle.

Do I need to book my children into the creche?

Our play area is available to use at all times and there's no need to book. We provide a secure, fenced area with plenty of toys to keep your little ones busy while you workout. Young children in prams are welcome to remain to the side of the workout floor.
As we don't offer an official child-minding facility, parents are responsible for their own children at all times.

Do I need to book ahead, or can I just walk in?

For the health and safety of everyone, all of our classes do have a maximum capacity, so we always recommend you book ahead to avoid missing out! You are still welcome to walk in and we will be happy to book you in for your session, if space is available.

Bookings can be made through your PTminder app or hiitsociety.ptminder.com

Can I cancel my booking if I can't make it?

Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 1 hour before class starts by simply logging in to your PTminder account and removing yourself from the class.
We kindly ask that you unbook as soon as you know you can't make it, to allow your spot to go to somebody else and for our trainers to adjust programming if need be.
*Late cancellations (less than 1 hour) and no shows will be charged one (1) class credit from your membership or casual pass.

How do I book my child in using a Junior Pass?

You can link your child/ren to your account by going to your profile settings and selecting the 'Family Account' tab. Junior Passes can be purchased on your own account for your child and you can switch between profile users to book into classes. You can add multiple children to share the Junior Pass.
