What is HIIT ?

High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT is a type of training technique that combines repeated intervals of quick bursts of intense exercise, followed by brief recovery periods of rest or low intensity exercise.

During your short work intervals, you should be challenged to push yourself to your max, exhausting all of your energy, while your rest or recovery period is used to prepare your body for the next bout of intense exercise.

Typically, HIIT workouts usually only last around 20-30 minutes, but the afterburn effect can last hours....so your body will keep burning extra calories long after your workout has finished.

Get maximum results in minimal time!

For best results, we recommend an average of 3 x HIIT classes a week.
